Michael and Courtney interviewed Nicola Ulibarri, an assistant professor in the department of urban planning and public policy at the University of California, Irvine. We talked about Nicola's work on collaborative governance and water management plans in the Central valley of California, where Nicola has been studying the ability of a variety of such plans to address climate change and social equity.
