In this episode, Courtney speaks with Luis Alexis Rodríguez-Cruz, a PhD candidate in Food Systems at the University of Vermont. They discuss Luis' unexpected path to his research on Puerto Ricans farmer adaptation and food security following Hurricane Maria.
